We want you to love your Biomag products. But if you’re having second thoughts, we make returns as simple as possible.

Remember, it can take the body at least 30 days to adjust to a new underlay.

We give you 60-nights to try your underlay for free. Returns are easy before after the 60-Night Adjustment Period.

Your 60-Night Guarantee begins the day your new Biomag Underlay arrives in your home.

Please call us to get a return number, underlays sent back without a return number cannot be refunded.

As long as you are still within your guarantee period, you are able to return it and receive a full product refund.

We charge a small admin fee of $30 for handling and processing. All returns are at the expense of the customer.
